2004:  A good year for Michael in the New Era Club, riding a 996 Ducati and later a Suzuki GSX-R 1000 he won the Sound of Thunder Club Championship and was 2nd in the Pro Bike Club Championship.  He was also 4th in the same classes of the Superclub Championships.  Competing in 4 rounds of the British Superbike Cup he finished 16th.

2005:  The first full season of competition in the Bennetts British Superbike Cup Championship with MP Racing on a Kawasaki ZX10. He had a podium (3rd) finish at the 2nd Oulton Park round and finished 7th in the Cup Championship.

2008:  Michael has now retired from racing to concentrate on a new business.  (More news soon).  Michael has now opened his own motorcycle shop, Viva Moto Ltd, with his cousin, in Bradford.  Check out more news on the 'Race Diary' page.

Michael would like to thank all his sponsors over the years for their valuable help, he could not have raced without it.  He would also like to thank his family and friends, everyone who helped him over the years, too numerous to mention, and all his supporters who stood by him through the good times and the not so good.  Thanks also goes to everyone involved with motorcycle racing.
